*Note, according to the Illinois Attorney General, legal accessible parking spaces are in compliance given the following rules below:

Each accessible parking space, except on-street spaces, shall be 16 feet wide, with either an eight-foot wide or five-foot wide diagonally striped access aisle (illustrated below). High-quality yellow paint, manufactured especially for pavement striping, must be used for accessible parking spaces. In addition, adjacent accessible parking spaces cannot share a common access aisle.

In some cases, our clients have very specific symbol and stenciling requirements that we do not have in our inventory. In these circumstances, D&M Striping will either purchase a template / stencil or we will manually create the symbol ourselves to ensure we meet our customer’s needs.
